Reconstruction by B. Conticello. Later 1st cent BCE or early 1st cent CE.

• The grotto was part of a villa used by the emperor Tiberius, and the groups may have been brought by him or by a previous owner.
• They are: 1, Pasquino; 2, Rape of the Palladium; 3, Blinding of Polyphemus; and 4, Scylla.
